What is counselling and psychotherapy?
Individual counselling and psychotherapy are therapeutic approaches that offer you a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. As a therapist, my role is to support you in your journey towards personal growth, self-exploration, and emotional healing.

How long?
The duration and frequency of our sessions will depend on your specific needs and goals.
