If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot offer that time to another client, and you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
A full session fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless the cancellation is due to illness or an emergency. An invoice will be sent via email or WhatsApp to all clients who fail to attend or cancel an appointment without a valid reason.
