Eliora – A Wellness Studio

A space to understand, reflect, and move forward.

Eliora – A Wellness Studio is founded by Jasmine, Counselling Psychologist & Psychotherapist, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal difficulties.

Eliora was created with a simple belief: understanding yourself can be the beginning of meaningful change.

Life does not always give us the space to pause and make sense of what we are experiencing. At times, thoughts become overwhelming, emotions feel difficult to manage, relationships become complicated, or familiar ways of coping no longer seem to work. Psychotherapy can provide an opportunity to step back, gain perspective, and understand what may be happening beneath the surface.

Our work is grounded in psychological knowledge, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and respect for each person’s individual circumstances. Rather than following a fixed formula, the therapeutic process is shaped around your concerns, needs, and goals.

Our areas of support may include:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Emotional difficulties
  • Relationship and family concerns
  • Life transitions and adjustment
  • Self-understanding and emotional awareness
  • Coping with challenging experiences
  • Personal development and resilience
  • Behavioural and interpersonal patterns

Psychotherapy is not about changing who you are. It is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, recognising what may be holding you back, and discovering healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

At Eliora, we create the space to pause, understand, and take your next step with greater clarity.

Founder’s Message

A Note from Jasmine

Welcome to Eliora – A Wellness Studio.

I’m Jasmine, the founder of Eliora – A Wellness Studio, where I work as a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist.

Eliora grew from a desire to create a place where people could speak openly, explore what they are going through, and seek professional guidance without feeling defined by their struggles.

From an early age, I have been deeply curious about what shapes the way we think, feel, behave, and connect with others. This curiosity gradually grew into a deeper interest in psychology and eventually led me towards counselling and psychotherapy. Over the years, my professional training and personal experiences have shaped the way I understand the emotional challenges people encounter and the importance of having the right support when navigating them.

I believe that therapy begins with genuinely understanding the person in front of us. Every individual brings their own experiences, relationships, beliefs, circumstances, and ways of coping. These deserve to be explored with care and without assumptions.

Founder, Eliora – A Wellness Studio

My role is not to tell you how to live your life or provide ready-made answers. Instead, I work alongside you to explore your concerns, recognise patterns, develop new perspectives, and identify ways forward that are meaningful to you.

My therapeutic practice draws from evidence-based psychological approaches, person-centred principles, and expressive therapeutic methods. I remain committed to ongoing professional development so that my practice continues to evolve with current knowledge in psychology and psychotherapy.

My work also extends beyond clinical practice. I am involved with trusts and organisations that support underprivileged individuals, blind individuals, children and adults with muscular dystrophy, and people with different abilities. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to making psychological support more accessible.

Eliora is a reflection of what I believe therapy can offer: a place to pause, understand yourself more deeply, and find the confidence to move forward.

It is a privilege to accompany each person who chooses to begin that journey with us.

Therapeutic Relationship

A Space to Feel Heard and Understood

A strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for open, meaningful, and effective therapy.

At Eliora, our work is grounded in trust, confidentiality, respect, and clear professional boundaries. These principles create a space where you can speak openly and explore what you are experiencing.

You do not need to know exactly what to say or understand everything you are feeling before beginning therapy. Sessions provide the opportunity to talk openly, reflect on your experiences, and gradually make sense of what has been difficult.

As your therapist, I will listen carefully, help you explore different perspectives, and introduce therapeutic strategies that are relevant to your concerns. We will establish goals together and review the process as your needs evolve.

Therapy is collaborative. You remain the expert on your own life, while I bring professional knowledge, therapeutic skills, and an outside perspective to the process.

Feeling comfortable in therapy can take time. You are encouraged to communicate openly about your experience, ask questions, and share what feels helpful or unhelpful. This openness allows the therapeutic relationship to develop in a way that feels genuine and purposeful.

Ultimately, therapy is a space where you can be honest about where you are without having to pretend that everything is fine.

You bring your story.

I bring understanding and professional guidance.

Together, we work towards meaningful change.
